• Telephone on 01349 831005. If we’re out leave a message on the answer machine; normally, we try to get back in touch within 24 hours. During the winter months, we may be on holiday and slower to reply than usual.

• Emailing or posting the completed initial enquiry form.

When we have checked availability, we will email you a booking form, which you should complete and return to us. When we receive your reservation deposit of £100 and the completed booking form, we will send you a confirmation that your booking is secure.

Payment of the reservation deposit can be by PayPal, credit card (Visa or Mastercard), Maestro card, or cheque in pounds sterling.

The balance is due six weeks before the start date of your hire period.

For bookings less than six weeks before collection of vehicle, the full rental price is payable on booking. Vehicles will only be released once full payment has been received.
