Tariffs

Out with these dates is Low Season. Contact us if you are interested in hiring in the Low season.

Hire will be available for whole weeks in high season starting on a Saturday, with short breaks available in April, May and September for a three night minimum hire period. If you require an airport pick-up, these short breaks can start on Thursday, Saturday or Sunday. If you are coming in your own car, short breaks can start or finish on any day, subject to availablility. It's always worth contacting us about last minute deals within four weeks of your holiday dates. 

• Hire will normally be from 4pm Saturday afternoon, with return the following Saturday morning by 10am, to allow time for cleaning.
• Hire rates include:
   UK standard vehicle insurance for one driver 25-70 years;
   UK standard breakdown cover;
   Complimentary welcome pack.
• Vehicles can be reserved on payment of a £100 reservation deposit. The remaining balance will be due 6 weeks prior to departure. Payment is by  PayPal, credit card (Visa or Mastercard), Maestro card, or cheque in pounds sterling.

Optional Extras (If available.)

• Bedding – While you are welcome to bring your own, we can supply sleeping bags or bedding sets (pillowcases, sheet, duvet, duvet cover) for a small charge to cover laundering - £10 for one set £20 for two sets.
• Bike rack - Fits on the towbar and holds three bikes- £10 per week.
• Booster cushions - free to borrow
• Awning – increase your space and privacy with an awning-£20 per week.
• Table and chairs - as standard in each van
• Ordnance survey maps - we have lots for the Highlands-free to borrow
• Binoculars- free to borrow
• We are happy to accept deliveries from Tesco.com on you behalf. Phone and check with us before arranging a delivery time to make sure we will be in.

• Returnable Security Deposit of £750

• Additional driver £7 per day

Penalty Charges

• Refuelling charge £20-£40 plus cost of fuel (waived if the van is returned with a full tank of fuel)
• Cleaning Charge £50 (waived if the van is returned needing minimal cleaning of the van interior)
• Late return charge £100 per day or part of day. (If you return the van late you may be spoiling someone else’s holiday.) However, if we can, we will show flexibility over pick up and return times
• Cancellation charges are detailed in the terms and conditions section
• No mileage charge up to 600miles per week, which is more than ample to tour the highlands.
